In 2024, I was at the pinnacle of my career leading billion-dollar digital transformations, helping teams and organizations flourish and drive massive results. I was known for engaging a crowd, guiding innovation, speaking on panels to elevate women, and crafting visionary roadmaps from scratch. Every day brought new energy, and my impact felt electric. Yet, beneath the surface, I sensed a missing piece—a purpose that went beyond boardroom success. It became clear that while I was building others' empires, I had a deeper calling to help purpose-driven leaders like me make a lasting impact on their own terms.
Over time, I realized that the changes I was driving were often limited by those in power, hesitant to fully embrace transformation. Despite my entrepreneurial spirit and constant pursuit of excellence, I often felt like a round peg in a square hole—driven, passionate, and ready to create meaningful change now. It was time to move beyond waiting for approval and into a role where I could make a direct and profound impact on others. I saw an opportunity to take my expertise and passion for strategic transformation into a space where I could empower other purpose-driven women to achieve lasting growth on their own terms.
